How do I know which program is right for me?

Think of what you need to improve on and/or want to gain more knowledge and from there, you can select the program that's right for you!

What if I'm not a dancer? Can I still sign up?

Absolutely! My programs are heavily focused on mobility and flexibility.  Anyone can utilize each program. Just remember, go at your own pace and listen to your body.

How long will it take to see results?

As with anything, consistency is key! Each program is self-paced but you can expect to see results in as little as one month with a consistent routine.

What type of equipment do I need for these programs?

You will need a light/medium short resistance band and 2 yoga blocks.  You are more than welcome to do without but equipment is recommended.

How will I receive the programs I purchase?

You will receive confirmation on your program via email. Your program will be stored inside the website. You will be prompted to create an account before purchasing, and will need to be logged in to access your programs.
